Black phosphorus and black phosphorus nanosheets are widely used in the flame retardant field because of their excellent properties, but the immature preparation methods have resulted in extremely high preparation cost, which greatly limits their development and application. In this paper, various preparation methods of black phosphorus and black phosphorus nanosheets are described in detail, the advantages and disadvantages of each method are analyzed in depth, the flame-retardant mechanism and application of black phosphorus and black phosphorus nanosheets in flame retardants are discussed, and the subsequent development direction of black phosphorus and black phosphorus nanosheets is proposed.

In order to adjust the properties of polyamide 6 (PA6) and expand its application, a new strategy of introducing an aromatic imide structure into the PA6 chain through the random copolymerization method is reported. The diimide diacid monomer was first synthesized by the dehydration and cyclization of pyromellitic dianhydride and 6-aminocaproic acid before it reacted with 1,6-hexamethylene diamine to form poly(amide imide) (PAI) salt, and finally synthesized PA6/PAI random copolymers containing an aromatic imide structure by the random copolymerization of ε-caprolactam and PAI salt. The introduction of an aromatic imide structural unit into the PA6 chain could have a great influence on its properties. As the content of PAI increases, the crystallinity (Xc) and melting temperature (Tm) of the PA6/PAI random copolymer gradually decrease, but its glass transition temperature (Tg) increases obviously. When the PAI content is 20 wt%, the copolymer PA6/PAI-20 has the best comprehensive performance and not only has high thermal stabilities but also excellent mechanical properties (high strength, high modulus, and good toughness) and dielectric properties (low dielectric constant and dielectric loss). Moreover, these properties are significantly superior to those of PA6. Such high-performance PA6 random copolymers can provide great promise for the wider applications of PA6 materials.

A bearing fault is one of the major causes of rotating machinery faults. However, in real industrial scenarios, the harsh and complex environment makes it very difficult to collect sufficient fault data. Due to this limitation, most of the current methods cannot accurately identify the fault type in cases with limited data, so timely maintenance cannot be conducted. In order to solve this problem, a bearing fault diagnosis method based on the fractional order Siamese deep residual shrinkage network (FO-SDRSN) is proposed in this paper. After data collection, all kinds of vibration data are first converted into two-dimensional time series feature maps, and these feature maps are divided into the same or different types of fault sample pairs. Then, a Siamese network based on the deep residual shrinkage network (DRSN) is used to extract the features of the fault sample pairs, and the fault type is determined according to the features. After that, the contrastive loss function and diagnostic loss function of the sample pairs are combined, and the network parameters are continuously optimized using the fractional order momentum gradient descent method to reduce the loss function. This improves the accuracy of fault diagnosis with a small sample training dataset. Finally, four small sample datasets are used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. The results show that the FO-SDRSN method is superior to other advanced methods in terms of training accuracy and stability under small sample conditions.

For the vibration of automobile powertrain, this paper designs electro–hydraulic composite engine mounts. Subsequently, the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic mount and the electromagnetic actuator were analyzed and experimentally studied separately. Due to the strong nonlinearity of the hybrid electromechanical engine mount, a Fractional-Order Least-Mean-Square (FGO-LMS) algorithm was proposed to model its secondary path identification. To validate the vibration reduction effect, a rapid control prototype test platform was established, and vibration active control experiments were conducted based on the Multiple–Input Multiple–Output Filter-x Least-Mean-Square (MIMO-FxLMS) algorithm. The results indicate that, under various operating conditions, the vibration transmitted to the chassis from the powertrain was significantly suppressed.
