Dr. Odra Angélica Saucedo-Delgado is a lecturer and researcher at the School of Economics and Business at the Universidad Anahuac in Mexico. Their academic background is multidisciplinary, with a particular focus on economics. It includes a master's degree and a doctoral degree in development studies from the University of East Anglia. Furthermore, they are a candidate for the National System of Researchers in Mexico. Their primary research interests encompass gender, labour markets, and social protection. Recently, my research has focused on care policies, particularly those designed to support the elderly. My recent publications include "Obesity and Overweight among the Poor and Marginalized in Rural Mexico," among others. My ongoing research is evidenced by the following publications: "Impact Analysis of the Effect of School Breakfasts on Children Aged Five to Eleven" (2023), "Effects of Access to Social Security on Health and Ageing Conditions for the Population Over Fifty" (2021), and "Human Rights, Best Practices, and Corporate Social Responsibility: A Qualitative Approach in Family Businesses" (2020). These works demonstrate the impact of my research and ongoing contributions to the field.
