Prof. Dr. Hao Zhang is an associate professor at the College of Food Science and Nutritional Engineering, at the China Agricultural University. He graduated from the China Agricultural University in 2007 and received his Ph.D. in 2012. From 2012 to 2014, he served as a postdoctoral fellow at the China Agricultural University. He has served as a lecturer and associate professor at the School of Food Science and Technology, China Agricultural University, since 2014. From 2016 to 2017, he served as a visiting scholar at Stanford University in the United States. His research interests include food nutrition and health, dairy and meat processing, and food safety testing. He co-edited "New Animal and Food Processing Technology", 2018, Science Press. He also serves as deputy director of the Beijing Key Laboratory of Nutrition, Health and Food Safety, as an expert member of the China National Committee of the International Dairy Federation, and an expert member of the Beijing Food Society Youth Committee。
