Prof. Joanna Saluk, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of General Biochemistry at the University of Lodz. Her clinical interests are in biomedical science, lipid metabolism, nutritional and metabolic diseases, carbohydrate metabolism, disease prevention, clinical endocrinology, atherosclerosis, and metabolic syndrome. Her latest study is titled "Effect of SARS-CoV-2 Infection and BNT162b2 Vaccination on the mRNA Expression of Genes Associated with Angiogenesis".
