Prof. Gun Hean Chong is affiliated with the Department of Food Technology, Universiti Putra Malaysia, where he is currently working as an Associate Professor. He has received BSc, MSc, and Ph.D. degrees from Universiti Putra Malaysia. He has numerous publications within the specialty and has been published in reputed national and international peer-reviewed journals. He is actively associated with different national and international societies and academies. His major research interest is in studies related to Supercritical Fluid Engineering and Food Engineering.
