Prof. Dr. Md. Aftab Uddin

Md. Aftab Uddin, PhD, has been teaching as a Professor in the Department of Human Resource Management, University of Chittagong, Chattogram 4331, Bangladesh. Dr. Uddin conducts research on corporate greenization, creative engagement, innovative behavior, value-based leadership, and positive psychology. Dr. Uddin published papers in Journal of Cleaner Production, Business Strategy and the Environment, Management Decision, European Journal of Innovation Management, Journal of Global Information Management, Sustainability, Asia Pacific Education Review, among others.
