Dr. Hernan Casakin is an Associate Professor in the School of Architecture, Ariel University, Israel. He holds a B.A. in Architecture and Town Planning from University of Mar del Plata, Argentina, and a M.Sc and a D.Sc in Architecture from the Technion, IIT, Israel. He had appointments as Research Fellow in Hamburg University, Tel Aviv University, and TUDelft, Delft University of Technology, Netherlands. He is a board member of international journals, such as International Journal of Design Creativity and Innovation. His research interest and publications are in design thinking, design creativity, and environmental psychology.
