About Me
Mehraj Fatema Mulla is a Research Officer at the Food Industry Development Department, NPCFC, Teagasc Food Research Centre, Ashtown, Ireland. She received a Bachelor's degree (2002) and a Master's degree (2005) at Marathwada Agricultural University (MAU) and earned a Ph.D in Food Engineering and Technology (2010) at the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai University. She has worked in a wide range of food industries, including in QA, QC, R&D, and Product Development.
