Idolo Tedesco obtained his degree in 1989 in biological sciences. His interest is in the study of natural compounds (food extracts and pure molecules) with healthy effects on humans. He is studying the antioxidant activity of polyphenols and food extracts and their protective effect against oxidative stress induced in human erythrocytes.
