Dr. Shuzhen. Jiang

Prof. Dr. Shuzhen Jiang is an Associate Professor at the Key Laboratory of Efficient Utilization of Non-grain Feed Resources (Co-construction by Ministry and Province), Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Shandong Agricultural University, China. She obtained her MSc and PhD from the College of Animal Science and Technology, Shandong Agricultural University. Her main research fields are animal nutrition and metabolism, feed science, and safety evaluation. She mainly focuses on the value evaluation of feed resources, clarifies the laws of animal nutrition and metabolism, and reveals the regulation and mechanism of nutrients on the health of livestock and poultry (especially pigs).
