Yuang-Tung Cheng received an M.S. degree in marine engineering and a Ph.D. degree in Electrical engineering from the National Taiwan Ocean University, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1995 and 1999, respectively. He is an Associate Professor in Mechanical Engineering at the Taipei City University of Science and Technology. His research includes semiconductor devices, nanotechnology, photovoltaics, and organic semiconductors.
