ALBERTO DÍAZ ÁLVAREZ was born in Madrid, Spain in 1977. He was awarded an M.S. in computer sciences and technologies, and a Ph.D. degree in artificial intelligence from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) in 2014 and 2018, respectively.
Since 2014, he has been actively collaborating with the Intelligent Systems Unit of the University Institute for Automobile Research of the UPM (INSIA), and since 2018 he has held the position of lecturer with the Artificial Intelligence Department (DIA) of the same university. His research interests include deep learning, knowledge representation, and systems simulation.
