JangWoo Kwon received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Inha University in 1990, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Inha University in South Korea in 1992 and 1996, respectively. He was an officer with the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO), South Korea, from 1996 to 1998. He was an Assistant Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Tongmyong University, South Korea, from 2008 to 2009. He was a Director General with the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA), South Korea, from 2006 to 2012. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Computer Engineering at Inha University, South Korea. His research interests include future vehicles, deep learning, medical engineering, and intelligence transportation systems.
