Biography
My research is focused on resistance mechanisms to olaparib in ovarian cancer cells and novel target therapies increasing antitumor activity to PARP inhibitors by inhibiting the ATR/CHK1 pathway. Studies are conducted in vitro and in vivo to provide comprehensive insights into mechanisms associated with overcoming acquired resistance to olaparib.
