Roberta Antonia Diotti, Principal Investigator. Ph.D. in Immunometabolic, Degenerative and Infectious Pathologies at Università Politecnica delle Marche (2008-2011). From 2011 to 2016 she was a Postdoc at the Department of Microbiology and Virology at ‘Vita-Salute’ San Raffaele University; 2016-current, the Principal Investigator at Pomona Ricerca S.r.l.; 2023-current a Collaborator of One Health Unit at the University of Milan; and 2013-current a Contract Professor in Clinical Microbiology Vita-Salute’ San Raffaele University. Currently, she coordinates three distinct research lines: the characterization of monoclonal antibodies targeting influenza; the engineering of an anti-idiotype monoclonal antibody to enhance the protective immune response against HIV-1; and the investigation of the humoral immune response in HCV patients. Previously, her work focused on characterizing monoclonal antibodies against HCV and JC Virus, utilizing NGS platforms to analyze drug-resistant strains (HCV and Klebsiella pneumoniae), and examining the interplay between host and virus for SARS-CoV-2. She is the Journal of Immunology Research’s Academic Editor.
