Prof. Wenbin Liu is the Vice Dean of the College of Resources and Environment at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Professor of Hangzhou Institute for Advanced Study, UCAS. In 2005, he joined the Research Center For Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, where he served as Assistant Professor, then Associate Professor, and subsequently Professor and Ph.D. supervisor until 2022. He was awarded many prizes, such as Outstanding Teacher of Hangzhou Institute for Advanced Study, UCAS, 2021, and  Outstanding Teacher of School of Environment, Hangzhou Institute for Advanced Study, UCAS, 2021. His research interests focus on environmental policy, environmental processes, and control technology of persistent organic pollutants (POPs). He has published 23 SCI papers as a corresponding author from 2017 to the present, and more than 110 SCI papers, including 13 papers in Environmental Science and Technology. The papers were cited by SCI more than 2700 times. In addition, one PCT patent, many invention patents, two software copyrights, and one standard were approved.
