Eva Cappelli, PhD, MS, RN, has been a clinical research assistant at the Infectious Diseases Center for trAnslational REsearch (ID-CARE) Department of Diagnostic and Public Health, University of Verona, since 2022. She worked as a registered nurse from July 1999 until December 2007 in the oncology and intensive care units in different Italian cities. She collaborated with the School of Nursing of the University of Florence, Milan, Parma, and Verona for the laboratory activities concerning practical skills. Eva's primary research interests are in nursing education, healthcare-associated infections, learning environments, and evidence-based nursing. She is focused both on qualitative and quantitative research methods.
