Roberto Quiroz is a scientist trained in basic sciences with vast experience in research, development, innovation, and capacity building in agriculture, climate change, and natural resources management. His over 100 publications on the above topics are based on his R&D work in different institutions and places: IDIAP-Panama, IDRC-Canada, CIP-CGIAR globally, CATIE Latin America, and NASA-JPL in the USA. Dr. Quiroz has served on over 20 doctoral and 30 master of science committees in universities from the USA, Europe, Latin America, Africa, and China.
