Andrea Balivo is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Naples Federico II. His research focuses on food science, with particular interest in food aromas, volatile compounds, and the olfactory fingerprint of foods. He holds a PhD in Food Science, where his research investigated the effects of alternative and more sustainable forage sources on the chemical, physical, and sensory properties of dairy products, including milk, cheese, and ice cream.
