Kofi Asare-Addo is a Senior Lecturer in Pharmaceutics at the University of Huddersfield. He is also the Admissions Tutor for the pharmacy course. Kofi completed his PhD at the Medway School of Pharmacy, University of Kent, in 2012. His PhD was an Industrial CASE studentship with the University and the polymer company Colorcon. Kofi's research areas include:particle engineering, oral controlled-release formulation, UV imaging in pharmaceuticals, drug–clay complexations, and solubility enhancements (solid dipersions, salts, and cocrystals).
