Dr. Haigang Sui received his B.S. and Ph.D. in photogrammetry and remote sensing from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 1996 and 2002, respectively. He is now a professor at the State Key Laboratory of Information Engineering in Surveying, Mapping, and Remote Sensing at Wuhan University. His major research interests include change detection in remote sensing, target recognition, and disaster analysis.
