Michal Herbko was born in 1992. He received M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering in 2016 and 2021, respectively, from the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. He has been working in the Center for Electromagnetic Fields Engineering and High-Frequency Techniques (Faculty of Electrical Engineering, WPUT) since 2021. His research interests involve structural health monitoring, microstrip sensors, metamaterials, and microwave techniques. He is the co-author of 16 articles and two patent applications. His awards include the Prof. Z. Pawlowski award (47th National Conference on Nondestructive Testing, in 2018), 1st place in the competition for the best diploma thesis in the best product category (the Regional Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer, Szczecin, 2017).
