Geoffrey I.N. Waterhouse was born in 1972 and is now an associate professor at theSchool of Chemical Sciences, the University of Auckland. His research interests focus on the development of low cost semiconductor photocatalysts for solar hydrogen production and carbon dioxide reduction, and also the fabrication of smart platforms for optical sensing and biosensing.
