Dr. Lincoln C. Wood is a Professor at Department of Management, University of Otago. Before joining the department in 2017, Associate Professor Lincoln C. Wood was a Senior Lecturer in the Graduate School of Management at the University of Auckland, having previously also worked at the Auckland University of Technology (Auckland, NZ) and Curtin University (Western Australia). His research focuses on applying systems thinking to enhance decision-making and performance in complex environments, particularly within the healthcare industry and construction management. His work explores integrating sustainability practices and advanced analytical tools to address challenges and improve outcomes in these sectors. Lincoln's research and connections with business have led to working closely with several industry associations, including the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT). His expertise has led to invitations to present and lead workshops and presentations at several international, industry-focused conferences. He is on the editorial boards for several international journals focused on supply chain management, including the Journal of Supply Chain Management.
