Lucia Filomeno is a registered nurse. She teaches the Bachelor's Degree in Nursing in Italian and English and the Master's Degree in Nursing and Midwifery. She earned a PhD in Nursing and Public Health in 2024, as well as two Master's degrees (Level I in Management for the Coordination of Healthcare Professions and Level II in Governance and Management of Public Administration), and an Advanced Training Course in Statistical Methods for Biomedical Research. Her scientific work focuses on nursing education, leadership and management in healthcare, quality of nursing care, the well-being of students and healthcare professionals, and digestive endoscopy. She has participated in international research projects, including the European project DIG-IT (Erasmus+), and is the author of numerous publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals.
