Dr. Weilun Huang currently holds a professorship at Wenzhou Business College and is a researcher at the Belt and Road Research Center. He earned his Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from National Taiwan University, focusing on the economic aspects of water resource management. Before this, he was an assistant professor and department chair in the Department of Finance at China University of Science and Technology, Taiwan.Dr. Huang has a rich background in both academic and applied research, having published over 170 articles, many of which appear in high-impact SSCI and SCI journals. His research interests cover environmental economics, financial innovation, and sustainable development. He also serves as a reviewer or guest editor for several renowned journals, including Systems, Heliyon, Environmental Science and Pollution Research, Review of Development Economics, Applied Economics Letters, Journal of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability.Over his career, Dr. Huang has spearheaded and contributed to more than 80 research projects, making substantial contributions to academic discourse and practical applications. His recent work includes research on strategic emerging industries and the economic integration of the Greater Bay Area. His dedication to educational and research excellence is also evident in his leadership of the English Paper Writing Teaching Team at Wenzhou Business College.
