Aziz Amine is a full professor of Biochemistry and the head of the Process Engineering and Environment Laboratory at Hassan II University of Casablanca (Morocco). The researcher's activity deals with sensors and biosensors and their use in analytical chemistry. He is the author of more than 160 papers and has served as the coordinator of several national and international research projects.
