Ying Zhang received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from the North China University of Technology, Hefei University of Technology, and Shanghai Jiaotong University, in 1990, 1996, and 1999, respectively. He held a postdoctoral position at Donghua University in 2006. As a visiting professor, he was with the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2010, and with the University of Central Florida from 2016 to 2019. He is currently a full professor at the College of Information Engineering, Shanghai Maritime University, Shanghai, China. His research interests include network survivability and reliability, cyber-physical systems, and the Industrial Internet of Things.
