This research investigates the bifurcation theory of a generalized (3 + 1)-dimensional P-type nonlinear wave equation with an M-fractional derivative (M-fGP-NWE) and develops its soliton solutions. The model is initially transformed into an ordinary differential equation form using a wave variable. By employing a Galilean transformation, a dynamical system of equations is obtained. The phase portrait and Hamiltonian function are examined under different parametric conditions, facilitating the identification of homoclinic and heteroclinic orbits. These orbits illustrate solitary, bell-shaped, periodic wave solutions for certain parameter values. The modified simple equation (MSE) method is employed to derive soliton solutions for the M-fractional generalized (3 + 1)-dimensional P-type nonlinear wave equation. The resultant solutions are articulated in hyperbolic, trigonometric, and exponential forms under parametric circumstances. Complex wave phenomena are further exemplified through detailed 3D, 2D, and density graphs for certain parameter values. Additionally, we also analyse the modulation Instability of the proposed model. The computational results and visual depictions validate the efficiency and dependability of the MSE method, highlighting its efficacy as a flexible solution for complex fractional differential equations.

The second hyper-Zagreb coindex is an efficient topological index that enables us to describe a molecule from its molecular graph. In this current study, we shall evaluate the second hyper-Zagreb coindex of some chemical graphs. In this study, we compute the value of the second hyper-Zagreb coindex of some chemical graph structures such as sildenafil, aspirin, and nicotine. We also present explicit formulas of the second hyper-Zagreb coindex of any graph that results from some interesting graphical operations such as tensor product, Cartesian product, composition, and strong product, and apply them on a q-multiwalled nanotorus.

Topological descriptors play a significant role in chemical nanostructures. These topological measures have explicit chemical uses in chemistry, medicine, biology, and computer sciences. This study calculates the Y-index of some graphs and complements graph operations such as join, tensor and Cartesian and strong products, composition, disjunction, and symmetric difference between two simple graphs. Moreover, the Y-polynomial of titania nanotubes and the formulae for the Y-index, Y-polynomial, F-index, F-polynomial, and Y-coindex of the HA C 5 C 7 q , p and HA C 5 C 6 C 7 q , p nanotubes and their molecular complement graphs have been investigated.

In chemical graph theory, a topological descriptor is a numerical quantity that is based on the chemical structure of underlying chemical compound. Topological indices play an important role in chemical graph theory especially in the quantitative structure-property relationship (QSPR) and quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR). In this paper, we present explicit formulae for some basic mathematical operations for the second hyper-Zagreb index of complement graph containing the join G1 + G2, tensor product G1 \(\otimes\) G2, Cartesian product G1 x G2, composition G1 \(\circ\) G2, strong product G1 * G2, disjunction G1 V G2 and symmetric difference G1 \(\oplus\) G2. Moreover, we studied the second hyper-Zagreb index for some certain important physicochemical structures such as molecular complement graphs of V-Phenylenic Nanotube V PHX[q, p], V-Phenylenic Nanotorus V PHY [m, n] and Titania Nanotubes TiO2.
