Prof. Dr. Donald A. Adjeroh received his Ph.D. degree in computer science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, in 1997. He is currently a Professor and Associate Department Chair with the Lane Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV, USA. His work has been supported by grants from various federal agencies in the U.S. His research interests include machine learning, data analytics, search data structures, bioinformatics, and digital health. He received the Department of Energy CAREER Award in 2002 and the WVU Statler Researcher of the Year Award in 2021.
