More than 16 years of experience in Telecom Regulatory Affairs, received the B.Tech(Hons) degree in electrical technology, major in Electrical Power Technology, from the University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore, Pakistan, in 2007, PGD in Telecommunication & System Engineering from Skill Development Council Pakistan in 2010 and the M.S. degree in Telecommunication & Networks, from the Abasyn University, Islamabad, Pakistan in 2017. He is currently working toward a Ph.D. degree at Henan Agricultural University, Zhengzhou, China. His current research interests include, nanoscale molecular communications, simulation-based investigations, applied laser spectroscopy in agriculture, optical biosensors, Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy and remote sensing.
