I work as a physician at Clinic of Oncology, Clinical Hospital Center Zagreb, as well as Associate Professor at School of Medicine, University of Zagreb. Specialist in Medical Oncology, special fields of interest in research are pathophyisology of tumor growth, carcinogenesis, rare tumors, GI-tumors, GIST and NET. I'm also interested clinical problem of nutrition, cachexia and systemic treatment effects, beside antineoplastic one. At the moment Head of Department of Medical Oncology and National Representative of Croatia in ESMO. Author and coauthor of many textbook chapters, articles and educational materials as well as Faculty on Croatain and international congresses, meetings and other events.
