This quantitative study examines the influence of innovative pedagogical approaches (IPA) on enhancing student critical thinking (SCT) and student learning outcomes (SLO) in higher education, with an emphasis on the mediating role of inclusive leadership(IL). Using a sample of 321 students from public and private universities in Pakistan, the research reveals that methods such as problem-based learning, flipped classrooms, and interactive teaching significantly boost academic performance and cultivate critical thinking skills. The findings indicate that innovative pedagogical approaches positively and significantly impact student critical thinking (β = 0.536, t = 6.539, p < 0.001) and learning outcomes (β = 0.551, t = 12.725, p < 0.001). Additionally, inclusive leadership mediates the relationship between innovative teaching methods and both student critical thinking (β = 0.331, t = 3.833, p < 0.001) and learning outcomes (β = 0.405, t = 8.662, p < 0.001). Data were collected using survey questionnaires adapted from established studies on inclusive leadership, innovative pedagogical approaches, student critical thinking, and learning outcomes. These results highlight the essential role of inclusive leadership in enhancing the efficacy of innovative pedagogies by creating a supportive and diverse learning environment. The study suggests that implementing active learning strategies and integrating technology in the classroom, along with inclusive leadership practices, can significantly improve student engagement, critical thinking, and overall academic performance. This research offers valuable insights for educators and policymakers seeking to enhance teaching and learning experiences in higher education.

This quantitative study investigates the influence of teacher empathy and motivation on student academic achievement, with a focus on the mediating role of students' sense of school belongingness in secondary schools in Punjab, Pakistan. The research employs a survey methodology, gathering data from 778 secondary school teachers to explore how these teacher traits directly impact student outcomes and how the school environment potentially mediates such effects. Results from structural model analysis using Smart-PLS4 indicate that teacher empathy and motivation directly enhance student academic achievement. However, when mediated by the sense of school belongingness, the effects, while still positive, appear less potent. As a result, direct teacher-student interactions have a greater impact on student outcomes than broader educational environments. In addition to pointing out the important role of teacher behaviors in educational success, these findings suggest that enhancing teacher empathy and motivation may be more effective than improving school environments alone. Study implications extend beyond the immediate educational setting, offering insights into effective strategies for teacher development and student engagement. To validate these findings further and explore additional mediating factors, future research should consider broader demographic variables and include objective measures.

The present study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of external and personal regulatory mechanisms in reducing procrastination behavior among university students. For this purpose, the role of teachers’ academic motivation is worthwhile in shaping the learning environment and reducing procrastination, with a focus on the mediating roles of emotion regulation and study habits considered imperative. By employing a quantitative, cross-sectional research design, data were collected from a sample of 210 teachers working in universities located in Multan-Pakistan via convenient sampling, yielding a usable response rate of 70.28%. The gathered data was analyzed using Smart PLS 4 software. Results from the structural equation model (PLS-SEM) indicated that teachers’ academic motivation significantly affects student procrastination. However, when mediated by emotion regulation and study habits, the study confirmed the statistically significant mediating effect of both mediators in mitigating procrastination among students. Findings of the present study suggested that enhancing teachers’ motivation may be more effective when mediated with emotional regulation and effective study habits. Emotionally regulated students and those with effective study habits were less likely to procrastinate during their academic endeavor. The findings highlighted the need for teacher training programs to develop and promote motivation and support students’ emotional and academic regulation to enhance learning outcomes. Based on the above findings, the study suggested that enhancing teacher motivation is more impactful when paired with strategies to foster student emotion regulation and study habits. It also recommended educational policies prioritizing academic content and personalized student engagement strategies to minimize procrastination and promote academic success. Programs should be implemented with a focus on promoting motivation while enabling teachers to support students’ emotional and self-regulatory needs for better academic outcomes.

This study explored the impact of constructive leadership styles including transformational leadership (TLS), authentic leadership (ALS), and servant leadership (SLS) on faculty teaching performance (FTP), with job satisfaction (JS) acting as a critical mediator. Using a cross-sectional design and convenience sampling, data were collected from 346 faculty members across six universities in Lahore, Pakistan. Structural equation modeling (SEM) and regression analysis revealed that all three leadership styles significantly enhanced FTP, with transformational leadership showing the strongest influence. Authentic and servant leadership also demonstrated robust positive effects. Job satisfaction emerged as a pivotal mediator, strengthening the relationship between CLS and FTP.These findings highlight the transformative potential of constructive leadership in improving teaching performance and emphasize the critical role of department heads in fostering such practices. By prioritizing strategies to enhance employee motivation and satisfaction, institutions can improve retention, productivity, and overall academic excellence. This study reinforces existing literature on leadership and teaching performance while providing novel insights into the mediating role of job satisfaction, offering actionable implications for academic leadership and organizational development.

This study explores the influence of digital transformation on student learning outcomes, highlighting the mediating role of teacher resilience in Pakistani educational settings. Adopting a quantitative research design, the study collected data from 336 educators using structured surveys administered through Google Forms. Data analysis was performed using Smart-PLS-4, a robust tool for structural equation modeling, to dissect the interrelations among digital transformation, teacher resilience, and student learning achievements. The findings indicate that digital transformation markedly improves student learning outcomes, with teacher resilience playing a pivotal mediating role. Teachers adept in utilizing digital tools significantly boost student engagement and academic performance. These results underscore the importance of enhancing digital competencies and resilience among educators to fully leverage digital technologies' educational advantages.
