S M Fijul Kabir received a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Engineering from University of Chittagong, Bangladesh in June 2013. After three years of industrial and academic services, he went to Louisiana State University, USA for graduate study in August 2016, where from he finished MS in Textiles with major in Textile Science and minor in Applied Statistics in May 2018. He is now a PhD student in Fiber and Polymer Science program at the Department of Textile Engineering, Chemistry and Science at North Carolina State University, USA. Mr. Kabir's research focuses on sustainable textile processing, 3D printed composite materials, smart textiles, protective clothing and clothing comfort.
