The objective of this study was to examine the impact of green supply chain management (GSCM) on sustainable performance (SP) and the mediating role of green knowledge sharing (GKS), green innovation (GI), and big data-driven supply chain (BDDSC) in SMEs of Pakistan as a developing country. Primary data was gathered through adopted questionnaires from SME employees. Four hundred sixty-nine cases were considered for data analysis after data clearing in SPSS version 25. Furthermore, the proposed hypotheses were tested with the help of SmartPLS version 3 through structural equation modeling SEM. Findings revealed all seven direct hypotheses, including GSCM on SP, GKS, GI, and BDDSC and GKS, GI, and BDDSC on SP in SMEs of Pakistan. Moreover, the partial mediation effect of GKS, GI, and BDDSC was also confirmed between GSCM and SP. This study contributes to the context of SMEs in developing countries and recommends findings for future policies and implications at the firm and government levels for better results. Policymakers, SME owners, and managers must support innovation culture, engage their stakeholders, and invest in new products, processes, and business models relevant to addressing environmental and sustainability concerns. Moreover, Pakistan’s government policymakers recognize SMEs’ power to effectively integrate GSCM knowledge sharing, green innovation, GSCM practices, and big data technology into supply chain management.

Every firm aims to generate profit by applying cost-cutting and customer satisfaction approaches in a volatile market. Based on the resource-based theory, this study explored the concept of risk management integration for Nigerian firms regarding supply chain performance. The study proposed a significant relationship between enterprise risk management integration with firm resilience and the supply chain performance of different sector firms. Furthermore, the study also examines the mediating role of firm resilience between enterprise risk management integration and supply chain performance. Data from 572 responses from Nigerian firms were analyzed using AMOS V-26 and Applied Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to evaluate the validity and reliability. The study findings revealed that factors considering enterprise risk management significantly influence firm resilience and supply chain performance. Firm resilience partially mediates between enterprise risk management integration and supply chain performance. The study concludes that firm resilience helps to enhance supply chain performance through risk management strategies and contingent capabilities.

The natural resource-based view is applied to explore the impact of green transformational leadership on green innovative work behavior (IWB) and green innovation (GI), thereby enhancing entrepreneurial performance (GEP) in Chinese manufacturing firms. More specifically, innovative work behavior serves as an intervening mechanism between green transformational leadership and entrepreneurial performance. Furthermore, green creativity strengthens the relationship between green entrepreneurial performance and green innovation with innovative work behavior. The SEM results were examined using a convenience sampling approach, with data collected from 619 employees of Chinese manufacturing firms. The findings reveal a significant relationship among green transformational leadership, innovative work behavior, green innovation, and entrepreneurial performance. Green creativity moderating is more effective for manufacturing firms in a dynamic environment characterized by IWB, GI, and GEP. The study advances theoretical and practical knowledge for GI and green entrepreneurial performance in manufacturing firms. It highlights managerial development influencing green innovation, particularly within Chinese manufacturing firms.

Businesses are being compelled to implement sustainable strategies to increase their consumers' trust as environmental concerns continue to escalate. The primary objective of this study was to understand the effectiveness as a seed for organizations by investigating the influence of green practices and employee engagement on consumer trust. While green branding has been incorporated as a mediator, corporate sustainability responsibility (CSR) moderated this process. Signaling theory was utilized to explain the relationships, and data was collected using a survey from employees of different companies operating in the consumer goods industry, using a purposive sampling technique. The structural paths were analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0. The findings indicated that green HRM affects consumer trust directly and also through the mediation of green branding. At the same time, the effect of employee engagement was found to be significant through mediation and direct impact on green branding was not supported. Additionally, consumer trust has been strengthened by including CSR as a moderating variable in the relationship between green branding and consumer trust. This research contributes to the existing literature by demonstrating how the efforts of internal stakeholders can send a positive signal to external stakeholders, particularly consumers, and how CSR can enhance the effectiveness of green branding. The research findings are highly beneficial to businesses, human resources professionals, marketing professionals, policymakers, and researchers to incorporate sustainability strategies into branding and increase consumer trust.

Social media applications (SMAs) significantly impact higher education by affecting students, professors, and institutions through various features that may improve learning, communication, and collaboration. However, many studies have focused on the initial use of SMAs, rarely considering their post-adoption and continued usage. Additionally, there are growing concerns about the privacy behaviour of SMA users, which remains inadequately examined. Therefore, this study explores the impact of perceived privacy on the relationship between tripartite quality constructs, user satisfaction, and continual usage using DeLone and McLean’s information system success (ISS) model. This study surveyed 384 SMA users among university lecturers through a convenience sampling approach, and SmartPLS 4, nonparametric software, was used to analyse the data. These findings elucidate the elements affecting SMA usage, suggesting that service and information quality influence continual usage. The tripartite quality constructs correlate with users’ satisfaction, which robustly correlates with continual usage. In addition, perceived privacy influences the links between service quality, system quality, and continual usage. This study finds that perceived privacy is crucial to DeLone and McLean’s ISS model. Hence, information privacy must be ensured to create more secure, functional, and engaging applications. Suppliers and developers should focus on improving app quality, security, and protection, which are precursors to user satisfaction and continual usage. This study examines the moderating role of perceived privacy in DeLone and McLean’s model. Its strong predictive model demonstrates the theoretical robustness of the ISS model for studying the continual usage of SMAs.

This study investigated the role of dynamic capability as a mediator between knowledge management practices(KMPs) and organizational performance. Smart-Pls was used to test the proposed hypotheses through structural equation modeling on gathered data of 400 SME organizations of Pakistan. The findings show that knowledge sharing behavior and absorptive capacity has a positive impact on dynamic capabilities and organizational performance. Innovative capacity has an insignificant impact on organizational performance, and knowledge-sharing behavior has an insignificant impact on organizational performance through dynamic capabilities. This study will be prospectively helpful for academics, policymakers, economists, and managers. This study enlightens the performance.
