Sten Vollebregt (Senior Member, IEEE) received a M.Sc. (cum laude) degree and a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Delft University of Technology, in 2009 and 2014, respectively. Since October 2017, he has been an Assistant Professor with the Laboratory of Electronic Components, Technology, and Materials, Delft University of Technology, where his research focuses on the integration of emerging electronic materials into semiconductor technology for sensing applications. His research interests include (carbon-based) nanomaterials, 3D monolithic integration, wide-bandgap semiconductors, and (harsh) environmental sensors.
