Professor Hu is currently working in the Department of Nutrition and Food Safety, College of Food Science and Nutritional Engineering, China Agricultural University. Their main research interests include the following three topics: 1. the regulatory role of nutrition/food factors in cancer formation and their molecular mechanisms; 2. the regulatory mechanisms of programmed cell death (apoptosis, autophagy, necroptosis, ferroptosis); 3. detection of endocrine-disrupting substances in food and the evaluation of endocrine-disrupting toxins and their toxicological mechanisms.
