Professor Maureen F. Dollard is Professor of Work and Organisational Psychology, and Co-Director of the Centre for Workplace Excellence, at the University of South Australia, and Honorary Professor at the University of Nottingham. Her research concerns workplace psychosocial factors, and she has published six edited books and 200 papers/book chapters. She is the founder of the Australian Workplace Barometer and Psychosocial Safety Climate theory. Maureen is a board member of the International Commission on Occupational Health, and is on the editorial board for Work and Stress, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, and the European Journal of Work and Organisational Psychology, and is the past foundation president of the Asia Pacific Academy for Psychosocial Factors at Work.
