I graduated from the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Craiova and I hold a PhD in Economics. I am currently an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, University of Craiova, Romania. My areas of expertise include corporate finance, financial management, investments, and international finance. I am the author and co-author of numerous scientific articles and books relevant to my teaching and research activities. I have also participated in several advanced training programs abroad in the field of economics and financial management, including programs held in Nijmegen (Netherlands), Toulouse (France), Lecce (Italy), Nice (France), Naples (Italy) and Valletta (Malta). I have attended numerous academic conferences and I have participated as a project manager or team member in the implementation of several research and educational projects funded through external grants or in collaboration with the business environment. These projects primarily aimed to improve the quality of the teaching process and enhance the performance of both teaching staff and students.
