Zeynep Hasirci Tugcu earned a BS (2008) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, an MSc (2011), and a PhD (2017) in Electronics Engineering from Karadeniz Technical University. She is now an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering. Her work in propagation modeling and V2V has resulted in several journal and conference publications. Her research interests include communication systems, mobile and satellite communication, propagation modeling, and vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communication.
