I have a solid academic background and am very motivated. In December 2021, I received my Ph.D. in Talent Management from the Institute of Business Management (IoBM). To retain high-performing employees, I concentrated on developing effective talent management strategies in my dissertation, paying particular attention to the millennial workforce in the private banking industry. This project concluded with the creation of a cutting-edge model suggesting organizational career management and succession planning are the components of the fresh strategy for tackling the problems associated with talent retention.
I received my MSc in Human Resource Management and Organizational Psychology from the Institute of Business Management in 2015. My knowledge of the psychological dynamics that play out inside organizational environments has grown because of this program, which has further improved my capacity to make significant contributions to the management and HRM sectors. Additionally, I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Bahria University in Karachi, Pakistan.
Teaching and Research Expertise
IoBM's HR and Management department is fortunate to have me as an assistant professor because of my strong commitment to both teaching and research. I diligently taught classes including Human Resource Management (HRM301), Performance Appraisal & Management (HRM511), Leadership Journey (MAN309).
