Marzena Joanna Tomaszewska obtained her PhD from the University of Life Sciences in Lublin. Currently, she works at the Department of Dietetics at the Institute of Human Nutrition and Agricultural Sciences of the State Academy of Applied Sciences in Chełm, acting as the head of the department. Her research topics mainly include the impact of nutrition on human health in the modern world. She was honored with the medal of the National Education Commission and was also honored by the Minister of Agriculture.
