Prof. Lucia Marchegiani

Lucia Marchegiani is an Associate Professor of Business Organization and Human Resources Management at Roma Tre University, where she teaches Human Resources Management and Knowledge Management. Her research interests cover topics such as Creative and Cultural Industries, Innovations and Organizations, Experimental Organizational Behavior, Knowledge Management and Social Media, and Participatory approaches in Culture. Currently, she is a member of the leading team of the project SoPHIA (Social Platform for Holistic Impact Heritage Assessment), funded under the EU H2020 programme (GA n. 870954).
