Our study presents a mathematical framework for modelling and analysing intuitionistic fuzzy graphs through matrix representations and spectral analysis. Extending fuzzy-set theory, we integrate membership and non-membership degrees to capture uncertainty and hesitation. We introduce intuitionistic fuzzy adjacency, incidence, and Laplacian matrices, derive spectral bounds that generalize the Perron-Frobenius theorem, and prove these bounds using variational principles, matrix norm inequalities, and perturbation techniques, demonstrating that eigenvalues are bounded by aggregated degrees. We validate our theoretical findings with computational experiments and case studies on simulated social and organizational networks, using Python to visualize the algebraic connectivity of the Laplacian as a resilience metric. We discuss practical implications for network robustness and resilience analysis. By modelling dual aspects such as trust and distrust, our approach deepens insights into decision-making systems, control mechanisms, and biological networks. These contributions lay the groundwork for dynamic and higher-order intuitionistic fuzzy-graph research across diverse application domains.

Fuzzy Linear Programming (FLP) has the potential to be used in optimizing economic planning and making decisions under uncertainty. FLP incorporates fuzzy logic into linear programming to represent and manage economic parameters that are uncertain, e.g., costs, profits, and availability of inputs. Practical applications in Economic resource allocation illustrate the effectiveness of FLP, as demonstrated by the study. ISMC-based FLP has been shown to offer a flexible solution that is more adaptable and realistic than classical linear programming models. This research reiterates practical economic scenarios through fuzzy data, considering uncertainties and vagueness in risk measures, helping to make better and effective decision-making. Future research directions involve combining FLP with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data in finance to improve its utility in complex and dynamically changing economic systems, allowing easier and automatic decision making. FLP moves beyond the deterministic nature of traditional modelling by integrating fuzzy data, allowing the model to reach more flexible and realistic results and providing better decision-making.

This study explores how cybernetic principles—emphasizing feedback loops, self-regulation, and continuous adaptation—can drive shifts in organizational culture, and proposes a fuzzy analytics framework to measure and interpret these changes. Drawing on a mixed-methods case study of a medium-sized technology firm, the research integrates qualitative inputs (interviews, focus groups) with quantitative survey data to assess culture indicators such as Leadership Adaptability, Communication Openness, and Innovative Mindset. Fuzzy logic techniques capture the nuanced, in-between states of cultural phenomena by translating subjective perceptions into membership functions and applying rule-based inference to generate a Culture Shift Index (CSI). Results indicate that organizations with rapid information flow and efficient decision loop mechanisms exhibit more pronounced culture shifts, particularly in leadership responsiveness and communication patterns. However, developing a robust innovative mindset may require additional time and focused interventions. The findings illuminate the value of fuzzy analytics in handling the ambiguity and gradual nature of cultural transformations, offering a richer understanding of how cybernetic feedback loops facilitate or constrain organizational evolution. This study contributes to the theoretical discourse on adaptive organizational systems and provides a practical toolset for managers, HR professionals, and change agents seeking to foster agile and innovation-driven cultures in technologically dynamic settings. Limitations include the potential biases in qualitative responses and the context-specific membership function definitions, suggesting opportunities for future research in diverse and longitudinal scenarios.

The convergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and human pedagogy is reshaping the landscape of English as a Second Language (ESL) education. This study examines the dynamic interplay between traditional teaching methods and AI-driven tools in ESL instruction, with a particular focus on classrooms in Uzbekistan. There are various tools and aids used in the classroom instruction from schools and universities in regions like Termez and Tashkent. The article discusses ways of AI technologies such as intelligent tutoring systems, automated writing aids, and speech recognition software which augment learner engagement, tailor instruction, and facilitate linguistic growth. Based on a few qualitative casestudies and observational evidences from ESL settings in Uzbekistan, the study details the opportunities and challenges of incorporating AI in teaching. Teachers across the country have embraced AI tools to support instruction, mitigate assessment burden, and take learning beyond the classroom.Students becamemotivated, attained enhanced fluency, and displayed more autonomy in learning when taught with AI-aided approaches complemented by human support. The research also deals with issues like technological infrastructure deficit, teacher training, and rural digital divide. binally, the research promotes a synergistic model where AI supplements, but does not displacehuman pedagogical expertise. This blended model can result in highly adaptive, inclusive, and effective ESL instruction. The Uzbek experience is a replicable model for other comparable educational settings around the world, confirming the transformative yet supportive function of AI in contemporary language learning environment.

The study titled Empowering ELT with ICT: Bridging Gender Gaps through Digital Innovation explores the dynamic intersection of technology and inclusive language education, proposing a comprehensive and research-driven framework to assess, implement, and optimize the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools in English Language Teaching (ELT). In response to the growing demand for equitable and engaging learning environments particularly following the paradigm shifts caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. This investigation examines how ICT can be strategically utilized to bridge gender disparities in ELT classrooms carried out across three educationally significant districts in Andhra Pradesh—Guntur, Vijayawada, and Prakasam. The study employs a mixed-method approach, using a meticulously designed instrument to collect and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data. The key focus areas include the evaluation of digital learning platforms (such as LMS, video conferencing tools, collaborative apps, and language learning software), teacher and student readiness for ICT integration, institutional support structures, and perceptions of gender inclusivity in digital learning spaces. The methodological framework also incorporates adaptive feedback loops, localized policy recommendations, and scalable implementation models that enable tailored interventions based on regional educational needs. By examining how both male and female students interact with ICT tools, the study sheds light on access, usage patterns, and engagement levels, providing valuable insights into how digital resources can be leveraged to foster gender-equitable participation in ELT.Ultimately, the study offers a set of actionable strategies for educators, administrators, and policymakers aimed at creating technologically enriched, inclusive, and communicatively competent ELT environments. It positions ICT not merely as a supplementary teaching aid, but as a transformative force capable of democratizing language education and empowering learners of all genders with the skills and confidence needed for academic and real-world communication

In fact, this research investigates the potential use of FTS models for economic indicators prediction in the Asian area, particularly the GDP growth. However, traditional forecasting approaches tend to fail to represent the uncertainty and nonlinearity of the economic data, especially in crisis periods. By applying fuzzy inference rules and defuzzification to create crisp forecasts from fuzzy sets, FTS models capitalize on the principles of fuzzy logic to provide a versatile and adjustable framework for predicting economic outcomes. Using FTS for GDP growth forecasting, the study utilizes a dataset that includes GDP growth and inflation rates over the years 2010 to 2022. FTS models adapt well to uncertain and volatile economic variables, and although challenges in determining the most suitable fuzzy membership function and fuzzy rules exist, the results demonstrate their potential to extract process understanding. The model gave an accuracy (Mean Absolute Error (MAE) and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE)) of about 5.52 and 5.81, which shows okay predictions, but also we can work on this, and improve our model. To demonstrate the performance of the FTS, we compare to traditional econometric models and machine learning techniques, and highlight the strengths and weaknesses of FTS. This study finally concludes that there is significant potential for evolving FTS models for economic forecasting while future research avenues can assist in developing hybrid fuzzy models, fuzzy clustering and real-time forecasting using FTS models.
