Ju Lee received an M.S. degree from Hanyang University, Seoul, South Korea, in 1988, and a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Kyusyu University, Fukuoka, Japan, in 1997. In 1997, he joined Hanyang University, where he is currently a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Bio-Engineering. His main research interests include electric machinery and its drives, electromagnetic field analysis, and transportation systems, such as hybrid electric vehicles and railway propulsion systems.
