The indoor overall environmental comfort of part limited spaces is studied in this paper. The operative temperature, illumination, and noise intensity are used as objective parameters in order to evaluate the thermal, luminous, and acoustic environment. The thermal, luminous, and acoustic environment are investigated by using the subjective questionnaire in this experiment, and the function relation of the single physical parameter is established. Then, using the effective-function comprehensive evaluation carries on non-dimensional, weighting, and penalty substitution synthesis for the evaluation index of thermal, luminous, and acoustic environment, and establishes the evaluation model of the indoor overall environment. According to the experimental results and evaluation analysis, it is considered that the noise intensity and operative temperature have great influence on the indoor environment overall comfort and the illumination has less effect. Referring to the ISO7730 standard and combining it with the situation of our country, the indoor overall environment is divided into the zone of comfort. The predicted overall comfort vote (POCV), which is greater than or equal to −0.5 is the high comfort zone I. The area of −0.5 > POCV ≥ −1.0 is designated as low comfort zone II. It provides a certain basis for the evaluation of indoor overall environmental comfort.
Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is the most severe microvascular complication of diabetes and a major cause of visual impairment and blindness. However, the treatment for DR is still limited. Our study aimed to explore the role of circular RNA_0002570 in DR. First, we predicted the potential microRNA and mRNA that could bind to circ_0002570 and identified the miR-1243 and angiomotin gene; then, we used RT-PCR and Western blot to measure their expression. Next, we evaluated the abilities of proliferation, migration, and angiogenesis in vitro in human retinal microvascular endothelial cells (hRMECs) by CCK-8, transwell assay, and tube formation assay, respectively. To analyze the relationship among miR-1243, circ_0002570, and angiomotin, RNA pull-down and luciferase assay were performed. Our results showed that, in DR patients and high-glucose–induced hRMECs, miR-1243, circ_0002570, and angiomotin were all abnormally expressed. MiR-1243 could directly and competitively bind to both circ_0002570 and angiomotin mRNA to inhibit their expression. Moreover, circ_0002570 suppressed the abilities of proliferation, migration, and angiogenesis in hRMECs induced by high glucose, which was dependent on miR-1243-angiomotin axis. Furthermore, circ_0002570 could upregulate angiomotin by targeting miR-1243 to mediate the dysfunction of hRMECs induced by high glucose. In conclusion, circ_0002570 might serve as a potential target for diagnosis and treatment for DR.

People working and studying indoors for a long time can easily experience mental fatigue and stress. Virtual natural elements introduced into indoor environments can stimulate the human visual and auditory senses, thus relieving psychological stress. In this study, stress induction was achieved through noise playback, and the recovery effects on psychological stress of three set indoor environments, visual, auditory, and audio-visual, were investigated through changes in subjects’ facial expressions, electromyographic (EMG) signals, and subjective questionnaires. The experiment found that after stress induction through noise, the participants’ stress levels changed significantly. At this time, the subject scored low on the questionnaire, with electromyography readings higher than usual, and micro-expression recognition indicated negative emotions. After the restoration effects under the three working conditions of visual, auditory, and audio-visual combination, the average EMG values during the recovery period decreased from the baseline period (10 min after the subject acclimated to the environment), respectively. The results indicate that all three restoration conditions have the effect of relieving psychological stress, with the stress recovery effects of auditory and audio-visual conditions being superior to visual conditions. This study is of great significance for creating comfortable indoor environments and minimizing psychological pressure on indoor office workers.
