Belay Duguma is currently an Associate professor of dairy production at Jimma University, Ethiopia. He got his MSc and BSc degrees from Haramaya University in the field of Animal production and Animal Sciences. He works as lecturer with academic rank of Associate Professor at Jimma University in the department of animal science since 2004. As a lecturer, he taught various courses to under and postgraduate students such as beef production, dairy production, poultry production, and sheep and goat production. His research interest is livestock production systems, livestock products processing and quality, challenges to livestock farming and adaptation/coping strategies. He is an author/co-author of more than 35 articles in peer reviewed journals. Belay is married to Wubit Befikadu Olana and a father of two daughters, Fenet and Natoli.
