Hijie Zhao is currently a professor at the School of Computer and Information Engineering at Harbin University of Commerce, China. He achieved his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Harbin University of Science and Technology, China, in 1985 and 1988, respectively, and obtained his PhD from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2008. His research interests include image processing and intelligence information processing.
