Expressing the measure of uncertainty, in terms of an interval instead of a crisp number, provides improved results in fuzzy mathematics. Several such concepts are established, including the interval-valued fuzzy set, the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set, and the interval-valued picture fuzzy set. The goal of this article is to enhance the T-spherical fuzzy set (TSFS) by introducing the interval-valued TSFS (IVTSFS), which describes the uncertainty measure in terms of the membership, abstinence, non-membership, and the refusal degree. The novelty of the IVTSFS over the pre-existing fuzzy structures is analyzed. The basic operations are proposed for IVTSFSs and their properties are investigated. Two aggregation operators for IVTSFSs are developed, including weighted averaging and weighted geometric operators, and their validity is examined using the induction method. Several consequences of new operators, along with their comparative studies, are elaborated. A multi-attribute decision-making method in the context of IVTSFSs is developed, followed by a brief numerical example where the selection of the best policy, among a list of investment policies of a multinational company, is to be evaluated. The advantages of using the framework of IVTSFSs are described theoretically and numerically, hence showing the limitations of pre-existing aggregation operators.

Even though the world has progressed exponentially, the core reasons for the failure of many public sector projects remain the same, i.e., the poor planning and competency of a project manager. Therefore, it becomes essential even in the contemporary world to assess and evaluate a model that determines the effect of planning and the project manager’s competency on the success of public sector projects. Moreover, the present study aims to assess the role of project planning and the project manager’s competency in project success in the context of project management methodology defined by the Project Management Institute. In the current survey-based study, a sample of 260 project engineers, from the public sector organizations operating in Balochistan, that were engaged in projects was taken in order to understand the relationship between the constructs. Quantitative data were collected to address the proposed hypotheses using the partial least squares structural equation modeling technique. It was inferred from the findings that planning and competency have a significant positive impact on the success of public sector projects. Among the two, it was determined that planning for public sector projects has a greater role in the success of projects. Therefore, it is concluded based on the results of the study that in future, due consideration should be given to planning and the abilities of a project manager.

Even after the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of the learning management system (LMS) is still low among university lecturers in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The objective of the current study is to understand the factors influencing LMS usage in universities using indicators from Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Technology–Organisation–Environment (TOE) framework. This study examined system quality, service quality, information quality, technical support, and government policies as essential variables for affecting LMS usage using perceived ease of use (PEOU) and perceived usefulness (PU) as mediating variables. To reach the aim of this study, the conceptual model was proposed based on TAM integrated with external factors adapted from TOE framework. Quantitative research using a questionnaire was conducted on a sample of 393 lecturers. The study used a structural equation modelling technique, and the results were analysed by SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings show that information quality significantly correlates with PU and PEOU. Service quality, system quality, and government policy show a significant relationship with either PU or PEOU. However, technical support shows an insignificant relationship with PU and PEOU. Inside the TAM itself, PU and PEOU significantly correlate with LMS usage. Finally, the current study demonstrated the role of PU and POEU as mediators between external factors and LMS usage. These study findings have implications for research and practice to guide university leaders and policymakers in understanding the factors that must be addressed.

The purpose of this study is to present and to validate a research model that includes economic sustainability, social sustainability, environmental sustainability and corporate reputation in the context of public-sector organizations in Pakistan. The methodological approach is survey-based, using partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) to assess the research model. The proposed hypotheses were tested based on a sample of 425 respondents from public-sector organizations in Pakistan. The findings of the study indicate that there is a positive relationship between economic sustainability, social sustainability, environmental sustainability and corporate reputation. Therefore, it is inferred from the results that different aspects of sustainability can create and enhance the reputation of public-sector organizations.

Project management maturity (PMM) is gaining interest from different domains of research because it can be used to assess the strengths and weaknesses of ongoing projects within organizations. Thus, this paper aims to present and validate a research model that includes PMM and project success. Partial least squares' structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) is used to assess the research model. The suggested hypotheses were tested based on a sample of 425 respondents from project-based organizations in Pakistan. The findings of the study indicate that there is a positive relationship between PMM and project success. Moreover, it was inferred from the results that different dimensions of PMM such as knowledge management transfer, process management, and resource project management could directly influence project success. However, it is also determined in this study that the use of software, continuous improvement, and training did not significantly affect the success of projects in Pakistan.

The pedagogy method academicians in the Kurdistan Region follow has not been reformed since 1992. There is a need to test different pedagogical beliefs, including constructivist and traditional pedagogical beliefs. This study examined the effect of pedagogical beliefs on technology adoption among university lecturers. The present study extends the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by including lecturers' pedagogical beliefs and examining them in Arab counties. A questionnaire was distributed during the COVID-19 pandemic, and 393 data were collected from university lecturers. The study examined how the constructivist and traditional pedagogical beliefs influence the model's three constructs: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and actual use. This study has new finding that contributes to TAM, and the reasons are deliberated.
