Dr. Mirella Nardini is a biologist, senior technologist of CREA, Research Centre for Food and Nutrition, with PhD in Biochemistry. Main tasks and responsability: responsible of many WPs and Research Projects; Charge in Codex Alimentarius in the working group : "Oils and Fats"; teaching activity; reviewer of many scientific international journals. She was research scholar at University of Davis (CA, USA) in 2000-2001. Dr. Nardini is authors of many publications on international journals.
